This blog started as a way to write about my weight loss journey. I joined My Fitness Pal and my husband suggested that I blog about it. Not long after I began to blog about what I had started to call My Healthy Journey it became about more, it's about being healthy as a person. Body, mind & spirit.
My hope is that at least one person that reads this will take comfort that they are not alone.
Mother, wife, sister, daughter, cousin, friend...I am me and this is my life.

Short Update
Hello everyone. I'm alive and unwell.
After having the cryoablation on my cervix a couple weeks ago I caught a cold.
I'm tired and not up for much of anything so the blogging has been slow. Sorry.
